Meet Whitney Lam

A physiotherapist with a special interest in women's and men's health, with over 15 years' experience. Every appointment at Physio Retreat is with Whitney.

Whitney with Hope, her black dog companion, in a garden setting

Whitney sees patients for pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as pre and postnatal care. She also sees clients for general physio, including neck pain, sciatica and headaches.

Whitney began her training at the University of South Australia and has since completed a postgraduate certificate in both Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Exercise for Women at the University of Melbourne. She has worked extensively in pelvic health over the years and absolutely loves seeing the new bubbas!

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, particularly baking (though don't ask her to cook a steak), so don't hesitate to share recipes! And she enjoys exercising and spending time with her family.
